Windows: MiniDumpWriteDump entry point missing

I'm writing a 32bit application with libgcrypt 1.5.0 for Windows Vista 
64bit.

After compiling the library with mingw32 I tested the DLL in Vista.

But right after starting the binary I got the error popup with message:

libgcrypt-11.dll can't find entry point "MiniDumpWriteDump".

What is the problem ?
