[PATCH] doc/gpgsm.texi: fix broken @pxref{option --options}

The line break and extra whitespace resulted in an error when building
the documentation.

Even with this fix, the cross reference goes to the wrong place in
gnupg.info as the anchor is in gpg-agent.texi.  Also if "gpgone" is set,
there is a duplicate anchor in gpg.texi which is likely to cause
problems.
