[PATCH 5/5] doc/gpgsm.texi: fix subsectioning for Unattended Usage menu.

Change the 'Automated signature checking' and 'CSR and certificate
creation' sections to subsections of the 'Unattended Usage' section.
This corrects some Texinfo warnings.

warning: node next `Unattended Usage' in menu `GPGSM Protocol' and in
sectioning `Automated signature checking' differ
warning: node prev `GPGSM Protocol' in menu `Unattended Usage' and in
sectioning `CSR and certificate creation' differ
