I fear that there are applications which expect the Version header or at
least a header and thus I suggest to change it from

  Version: GnuPG v1.4.13 (GNU/Linux)
to
  Version: GnuPG

(maybe to "GnuPG v1" and "GnuPG v2" to see how often both branches are
used).

And before someone asks, we could of course add a --emit-full-version ;-)
