If you're looking for a pinpad card reader whose pinpad is supported
in a /released/ GnuPG, I'd go for the SCM SPR-332.

. The reader works like a charm for me, and GnuPG 2.0.19 supports the
reader's pinpad through GnuPGs internal driver out-of-the box.
