openpgp -> pkcs #11

Hello,
 There was [0] an ongoing 30-day public review for the new OASIS PKCS#11
specification. The time for comments expired by the end of the year but
I think it would be nice to have suggestions to accommodate the needs of
the openpgp card to the PKCS #11 committee.
