if you're looking for --ask-certo-expire, then you won't find it :)
but if that's just a typo in the e-mail and you're actually looking for
--ask-cert-expire, you can find it in the gpg(1) manpage:
--ask-cert-expire
--no-ask-cert-expire
When making a key signature, prompt for an expiration time. If
this option is not specified, the expiration time set via
--default-cert-expire is used. --no-ask-cert-expire disables
this option.
