gpg-agent and allow-loopback-pinentry

Hi,

today I pushed changes which allow to put the passphrase again into the
parameter file.

You may now also do this

  gpg --batch --passphrase '' --quick-gen-key '<all at keys-belong-to.eu>'

or with a passphrase

  gpg --batch --passphrase 'abc' --quick-gen-key '<all at keys-belong-to.de>'
