pinentry-gnome3 and gpg-agent 2.0.28 kbd accelerators not working

in this case, the accelerators work for Cancel and OK, but they don't
work for "_Save in password manager".

What's different about our setups that they work for you?

PS i notice one other issue under xfce4 that doesn't happen in gnome3:
in xfce4, the TAB key is treated as input to the password field, instead
of switching input fields.  shift-TAB, however, does work to cycle
through the fields in reverse tab order.  under GNOME, both TAB and
shift-TAB work as expected.  weirdness...
