[PATCH] gpgv: overwrite by default and enable special file descriptors

Hi,

thanks fo the patch.  However, during the last talk I did the same and
pushed that before reading mails.

I also figured out the reason for the file descriptor not working for
--output.  Fix is a bit more complicated and I should not do that while
listening to a talk.
