I'll take care of these changes of PO files.  To be sure, I checked PO
files of 1.4, 2.0 and 2.1.  I realized that most files which had
changes in recent years are all by UTF-8.  Except Portuguese (pt).

For Portuguese, I'll write to the translator to inform this encoding
change.
