Thanks to the whole GnuPG team for this release!

I don't see a git tag for this release in the upstream repo, though.  I
suspect it was meant for commit id
e7ab75379feadcc2894d9d4cde0f16ad0044780d but it would be good to include
a signed tag.  maybe it just hasn't been pushed?
