releasing yat2m with gpg-error?

I note that the master branch of gpg-error intends to ship yat2m. I
welcome that decision :)
For debian, i'll likely ship it as /usr/bin/yat2m in the
libgpg-error-dev package.
But it looks like this has been pending (and gpg-error has been idle)
for several months. Any plans for a point release so that the other
packages can rely on it during build?
