In this specific context, though, the discussion is about a command-line
wrapper that simplifies the command line usage for certain tasks. If
something cannot be done through GPGME, you could wonder whether it
would be something that needs to be functionality of this "simpler"
command-line wrapper at all, or people should just use the gpg command line.
