gnupg 2.5.22 -> 2.5.24 update breaks notmuch configure

I've extracted the test as a standlone project.  Unpack the tarball
and run 'make test' - works with gnupg 2.5.22, doesn't with gnupg
2.5.24.

The failure is returned by g_mime_multipart_encrypted_decrypt().
