URLs for RingServer from mirrors.html

I see that http://www.gnupg.org/mirrors.html
has six URLs pointing to servers joining Ring Server Project.
But the preferred URLs are:
 ftp://ftp.ring.gr.jp/pub/net/gnupg/
http://www.ring.gr.jp/pub/net/gnupg/

All other URLs to Ring should not appear in the web page,
as they are maintained and accessible from http://www.ring.gr.jp/.
Once you update, you don't need to maintain the list of servers.
