Decryption problem

I installed the rsa and idea modules from the debian binary packages,
and if I put those lines in ~/.gnupg/options, I get the following:

gpg: extension `/usr/lib/gnupg/rsa' already registered
gpg: extension `/usr/lib/gnupg/idea' already registered

Are they loaded by default?
