win and language [FW: GnuPG: Interfaz de usuario en esp añol]

Hi,

I got a message from someone who installed GnuPG 1.0.1a
(gnupg-w32-1.0.1a.zip) for windoze 95.

The problem is about having the user interface in Spanish language.  He
says he followed the Installation instructions and Internationalization
support in the README.W32 file, but can't get it working in Spanish.

He adds some entries from the registry:
