Feature request (or possible request for clue)

Does GnuPG have a method of automatically requesting from a keyserver all
keys that have signed a particular key?

i.e., if I were to list-sigs 0x621CC013, and there were multiple unknown
keyids on signatures on Werner's key, could I issue a command to obtain
all of the keys that signed his key that were not already on my keyring?

I don't think that such an option exists, but it might be there an
undocumented. :)

If not, consider this an official feature request. Thanks! :)
