Problem with PGP working together with GNUPG

What public key-type are you using? Elgamal signing keys will cause a
signal 11 in PGP 6.5 (as it does not support them, since they are
bad.) (FYI, 7.0 handles them a little more gracefully, telling the user
that it is an invalid key type for PGP).

Basically, what you have given us here is not nearly enough information to
help you, however.
