I just installed the latest gnupg 1.0.4 and wanted to create a new key,
first I created ~/.gnupg and I used the default value "(1) DSA and
ElGamal" with default 1024 bit, no problem so far... but if I encrypt
something it works fine, and pgp always says:
"gpg: this cipher algorithm is depreciated; please use a more standard
one!"
What have I done wrong ? It appears, no matter if I use 2048 or 1024
bit, it also appears after using "(4) ElGamal (sign and encrypt" for key
generation
thanx in advance
Malte
