Just FYI, it doesn't look like there is anything wrong with the message 
itself, or with the key it was signed with:

I tried the message you attached, and didn't have any locking problems.

When I ran it through the first time, I got a message (show below, 
message #1). 

However, if I signed the key and then ran it through again, it had no 
problems, and gave me a good message (shown below, message #2)
