rijndael implementation

Put load-extension rijndael in your options file.

Here it worked, however, I got this message:

vulcan:~/tmp> gpg -e --cipher-algo rijndael file
gpg: cipher table full; ignoring other extensions

Where can I increase the size of this cipher table?
