Yes, The Bat is for Windows, but its not a GnuPG compatible program, except
in that it supports PGP 5.x to 6.5.8, but not PGP 7.0.
Sorry to go on, but the only GnuPG compatible e-mailer for Windows is, as
yet, Becky 2 with its GnuPG plug-in.
