I don't think that is correct. There is a port of mutt to win32; you
can find it and links to the complementary and supplementary files at:
http://unixmail-w32.sourceforge.net/
I think this package includes the win32 build of gpg.
Also, Mutt will generate proper PGP/MIME -- doesn't looks like Becky2
does. And is that Becky that's doing "Re[2]:"? Ugh. :)
