GnuPG on a Web Server?

Hi,	
	I'm looking for a Server-Side component that I can
use to PGP encrypt a message before mailing it.  My
servers are Win NT / Win 2000 based.  Will GnuPG be
suitable?

	If not, do you have any ideas about where I could get
such a piece of software?

	I'm not subscribed to this mailing list so I'd
appreciate it if you could CC any replies to
