gnupg and error message during make

Hi everyone,

I am trying to install gnupg-1.0.6 on an alpha server tru64unix v4.0f
I have have installed the latest stable copies of gcc, gmake, texutils, e=
gd,
and prngd too.

When I get the following messages during the make portion of the compile.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?
