Question in regard to decryption using multiple secret keys

There is an argument for --local-user missing.  However, --local-user
is ignored while decrypting because GnuPG either takes the information
on the needed key from the message itself or (in case of a
--throw-keyid encrypted messages) tries all secret keys in turn.
