Chris,

Have you considered using Pine and Fetchmail? Gnupg interfaces seamlessly
with Pine using a PERL module called pgpenvelope. Fetchmail will easily
grab your messages from as many IMAP or POP servers as you specify in
your .fetchmailrc file.
