Hi all,

Maybe this is a little OT, but I have to suggest a non-IMAP-capable 
MUA: kmail. I used to hate it until I tried the kde-2 version. If you only 
need local or POP access, kmail is fantastic. It has a nice gpg/pgp support 
(although it doesn't encrypt/sign attachments, you have to do it manualy)


If anyone here use debian, I can provide the apt sources (kde.debian.net has 
them also, but seems to be quite dead  right now)

For the console, my vote is without any doubts for mutt
