Sure: GEAM.  It is in production for more than a year and available
from the CVS Repository:

$ cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.gnupg.org:/cvs/wk login=20
[enter "anoncvs" as password]
$ cvs -z3 -d :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.gnupg.org:/cvs/wk checkout geam=20
$ cd geam
$ ./configure && make
[it will probably tell you to install the Pth library first ;-)]

The manual is in German but the examples are in English.  It is a simple
SMTP based MTA which needs another MTA for routing etc.=20
