List the recipients of a message

Thanks all,

I've just wondering if there was a way of knowing the recipients without
having to decrypt the (possibly very large) encrypted file

I've been using gpg -d file > /dev/null
but david's solution works faster of course (although it list keys twice, 
huh?)
