List the recipients of a message

gpg --batch -v message.gpg

should also work because gpg will not be able to ask for the
passphrase but all recipients should be listed.

If you get an encrypted message to a group of people and you are
accidently left of there is a good reason to see for whom this
messages is intended.  If you don't want others to see the list of
recipients you should have used --throw-keyid.
