My guess: this should read `AC_DEFUN([AC_SYS_LARGEFILE],...'.  You are
now getting the expansion (from AC_SYS_LARGEFILE defined in autoconf
itself) right there in the first argument of AC_DEFUN -- not what you
want.  Akim and other autoconf gurus can probably confirm if that is the
problem.
