will the gpg.exe work under windows XP?

I am currently using win32 gpg.exe for my projects, but  windows XP will
remove the MSDOS--so my question is will the gpg.exe work under windows XP?

Another question on gpg.exe, i am using batch files to execute all of gpg
commands, but i am having trouble with two calls sign and delete commands.
These 2 calls are prompting for user input which i don't want -- i have
tried piping the input and set the option of gpg to assume -yes- to most
question with no success.
If anyone has a solution to this problem and could help me out.
