gpg 1.06 extremly slow

I know that this happens in certain cases and it annoyed me so that I
rewrote the entire keyring and key validation code.  Check out the
snapshot ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/devel/gnupg-1.0.6b.tar.gz after
making a backup of your ~/.gnupg.
