gpg 1.0.6 troubles with whitespace-only Comment header

You can use KMail's filters to remove the space only comments.

Create a filter which matches messages which are sent by people who have 
such silly Comment headers.
As Filter Action use
	pipe through	sed -n '/^Comment: *$/!p'
Uncheck "If this filter matches, stop processing here".

Now test this filter with some of the messages you already have. It 
would be wise to make a backup of the messages before you test the 
filter.
