	Go to http://www.gnupg.org
	Download and read the docs (FAQ's etc.)  It's importatnt to
	actually read these docs!

	Download the sources of the most recent stable version of the
	'gnupg' program and compile it, or find appropriate binaries for your
	platform from trusted sources (eg. CD's coming with printed books, CD's
	coming with your system OS, ...)

	Re-read the docs!

	Type
		gpg --gen-key
	or use some GUI tool to produce the keypair (if you are using already
	made binaries which come with a GUI frontend)


It's really easy, but you must know what you are doing.
