yes, thats normal. RSAv3 keys does not have preferences **
at all so there is nothing to change.

that's normal too - PGP 2.6.x supports only IDEA, RSA, MD5,
but you can get myu modified version wich supports 3DES
and other ciphers and hashes (link at .sig)
