I've been using wwwkeys.pgp.net for a quite a while now, and so far
haven't ran into trouble. Maybe couple of missing keys, but can't even
remember when these things happened. So, IMHO: works well. I guess
they all do, but I can't say anything about anything else than
wwwkeys.pgp.net. :-)
