You need to replace the 'your_key_id' part of the encrypt-to option with
your actual keyid. For example, my encrypt-to line looks like this:
encrypt-to D654075A
The userid/keyid may be specified in numerous ways, described in the man
page under the heading 'How to specify a user ID' (near the bottom of the
document). This is online at http://www.gnupg.org/gpgman.html#AEN814 as
well.
