revoking a key using 'addrevoker'

Yes, this is like the photo ID problem with the pksd keyservers.  Only
the LDAP keyservers can handle designated revokers.

I know Jason Harris was fixing lots of pksd problems, perhaps you can
persuade him to fix this as well :)
