I just updated my list with the latest version strings reported from
each keyserver:

  http://jharris.cjb.net/keyserver.html

so it is easy to find such servers.  (keyserver.kjsl.com has the fix
applied as well.)  The fix was posted on 2002-08-16, see this thread
