Is there a GPGME API for Windows?

Werner posted a message on Dec 28 mentioning that he is working on a COM+
implementation of GPGME, but it's still under development. You can find the
development version of this component in his CVS repository:
http://cvs.gnupg.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/gpgme/complus/
Again, there's just source code, probably because of licensing issues. You
need to compile it yourself to make it work.

Otherwise, there's the Cygwin environment, which can use GPGME. See
www.cygwin.com.

Hi,

The GPGME web site says to use the API, but I don't see a copy of it out
there. All I can find is the source code. I appreciate any help help I can
get.

Thanks,
Paul
