It should build w/o gpgsm. Gpgsm is currently under development, for
more information see http://www.gnupg.org/aegypten/.

If you have still problems, you find a snapshot of gpgsm in the
package newpg at ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/alpha/aegypten.  You also need
libksba to build it (same directory).
