Error on importing key

The text is "Quoted printable" encoded. Quoted Printable is a MIME encoding
method that protects text from being altered by software that only
recognizes US-ASCII, or that strips spaces from the ends of line.
Normally, mail clients remove this encoding and restore the original text
just like they handle MIME/Base64 encoding for attachments. For some
reason that didn't happen in this case and GPG is choking on the MIME
characters.

Try to get the key via some means other than email. I you must use email,
have the key sent as an attachment, not in the body of the message.
