I thought there were 2 keys the public & secret key. This was from my
memory which may not be correct

I haven't put it on any server. See David Shaw's reply, but I'll send
it to you off list in case of problems with your command below. I was
in process of setting up auto response message with the new key. I
haven't decided whether I was going to send to a public key server. I
do run my key rings from a floppy with multiple option files for
GPGshell, so something may cause a problem.

Yes it was approximately 7:00 PM Sunday night, & the time zone
parameter was NOT specified in my AUTOEXEC.BAT file of Win98.

I ran command just as stated above. The output is below.
