have you double checked to make sure that the source and desstination
in the install command exist?  i.e. do all the directories in
/usr/local/lib/gnupg exists?  and, can you find a rndlinux somewhere
in your build tree? in ~gpg1.0.7 do a find . -name rndlinux, what
happens?  is /usr/local physically on the box you are installing this
or is it maybe nfs mounted?  can you, as root, touch
/usr/local/some_test_file?  how about mkdir -p /usr/local/lib/gnupg
again as root?
