gpg: cipher algorithm 1 (IDEA) is unknown or disabled

Hi,

  I did install gpg and I am able to encrypt and decrypt here
  and our customer able to decrypt my file.

* But when I try to decrypt their file I am getting following error
  Could you please help....
   ( they are using pgp )
