Windows CE version

Just had a need to place an encrypted file on my iPAQ running under Windows
CE.  Anybody know of a GnuPG compatible tool that will run on the Compaq
iPAQ?  

I'd hate to have to depend on going to my local PC to
decrypt/modify/re-encrypt this file.
